With over 20 years experience as a apple support technician and solutions expert, he has maintained mactune’s excellent reputation for quality of service. Nicholas is based in Sydney and Bangkok.
Phillip is a Service Management Professional and former Apple Technical Support Engineer and Trainer for South East Asia who specialises in website design, coding and offers onsite support for customers in Tokyo.
As mactune’s System Engineer, Phillip is able to remote worldwide to assist clients with a multitude of technical and system issues, as well as designing and coding our clients amazing web sites. Phillip is also fluent in English and Japanese.
Palm is the former Social Media Manager for Suzuki Thailand. Palm is fluent in Thai, English, Japanese and Chinese, as well as being mactune’s Asian based Social Media Manager and Onsite technical advisor.
Based in Bangkok, Palm is able to meet mactune's clients in person within Bangkok and districts, as well as converse and work online with our international clients regarding their Social Media requirements.
